Cancellation Policy
We want to give every guest the time and attention that you deserve for your service. We understand that sometimes circumstances arise and you need to adjust your plans. If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.
Cancellations without 24 hour notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled services. No-shows or same day cancellations will result in a 100% charge of scheduled services. Stylist will use discretion.
